Product Knowledge and Policies

Although we keep updated on safety, sometimes a problem can happen without our knowledge, such as a supplier batch or manufacturing issue.

Most items have a suggested lifetime and care guide. If followed correctly the item should outlive the suggestion, however if something happens that seems out of the ordinary for that product, please contact us.

We will issue solutions in the event that any of these occur:

• Bookmark tassels may unravel.
• Laminated items could be manufactured incorrectly and unseal.
• Cards, Envelopes and other paper items could become bent or wet in transit.
• Stickers could be cut incorrectly or have no adhesive.
• Acrylic Items have a risk that the links will detach or break.
• Resin Products could become disfigured in extreme heat and attached items could break.
• Sublimination Items, glassware and fragile items could shatter and become damaged.
• Handsewn items could become unstitched and over time lose elasticity.

Although we hope none of these occur, there is always a risk. With multiple factors in play, something may happen.

Availability and variations

Some Products have limited supply available, in the event that a product you have ordered cannot be fulfilled you will be contacted and offered a solution whether that is a backorder, refund or change of product.

We strive to keep Product photos and information up to date, however sometimes there are supplier issues with colours, makes, or patterns.

Product photos are also for display purposes only, Product quality and colours may vary slightly depending on computer settings.

Some products come in multiple styles and patterns, when ordering products please read the description to ensure you are getting what you see. Bookmark designs vary on the paper used, anything marbled, flowered, ornate, irregular or circler the bookmark you receive may be slightly different from the display picture.

Handmade products may vary slightly in size or style due to miscuts, miscalculations or human error.

If a font, colour, material or attachment is not available you will be contacted with an alternative.

Suppliers and sources

At Go Gift Yourself we support Australian made and small business where possible. Most of our products are made in Australia and all our suppliers are within Australia. We are not responsible or have any control over where our supplier purchases their materials from.

We do, however, have control about who we support. We always check a supplier’s background and community to make sure they are a reputable brand that looks after their community, staff, environment and has good workplace practices.

In the event we have an issue with a supplier, and this affects a product or service we will let our customers know when necessary.
