Delivery Terms and Conditions
Go Gift Yourself takes pride in the Products and Services offered and only hopes they are delivered to you in appropriate condition and in a timely manner. If you have any issues, complaints, or feedback regarding your delivery please contact supportme@gogiftyourself.com.au.
Sometimes things happen that are out of our control when your gifts are in transit. In the event something does happen the below applies:
- Sometimes couriers don't take care when delivering goods or an accident happens and your gift is impacted. We will happily replace, exchange or issue a credit or refund for items that have third- party damage depending on the issue, it's extent and the notice given.
- Reasonable damage in transit to packaging is expected and is not eligible for a refund or exchange, however if the packaging is unreasonably broken, damaged or open please contact us.
- Photos are required for any item that is claimed as damaged, broken or not as expected, so that we can better understand the extent of the damage or issues with the product.
- Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once they have been dispatched and are out with our couriers for delivery, this includes delivery addresses and contact details.
- Any refunds or credits will be processed or applied to the original method of payment where possible, no matter the circumstances.
- If 'Signature Required' is not chosen during checkout where possible, then 'Authority to Leave' has been granted. Deliveries will be placed in a secure location on the premises, away from public view and a photo may serve as Proof of Delivery- again this is out of our hands once we have processed the order and sent it out for delivery.
- When 'Authority to Leave' has been given,Β Go Gift Yourself and our couriers cannot accept responsibility or liability on the rare occasion that a package is lost or stolen after our couriers have recorded the package as 'successfully delivered'.
- When delivering with 'Signature Required' to an address, business or location, any representative may sign for the parcel if details are verified.Β Go Gift Yourself and our couriers cannot accept responsibility or liability on the rare occasion that a package is lost or stolen after a signature has been obtained.
- In the event the wrong address is listed or details do not match, where possible the package may be sent back to us at which we will investigate the cause. Go Gift Yourself and our couriers cannot accept responsibility or liability on the rare occasion that someone accepts and signs for the package that either does not belong to them or has the wrong details.
- We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, apartments and any address with multiple locations such as multi-business complexes, schools, hospitals. However, we do local delivery if you are in Adelaide Metro area.
- We are unable to deliver to rural or remote areas that choose to forward to the closest post office or a collection point instead of a street address. We can only deliver to street addresses.
